Working at GTA means opportunity for personal and professional growth. I started in the maintenance and cleaning area, then they gave me the opportunity work at the reception on Saturdays. Shortly after, I was considered for the position of floor sales representative in Multimayoreo Zona 7. I started a new experience; they trained me for the position, I was part of the employees that graduated from high school through GTA’s study plan. Then, a new opportunity comes in Multimayoreo Zona 1 as a Wholesale Sales Representative.
I am happy to work for GTA and I thank God and the company for allowing me to continue advancing in my professional development.
Working at GTA has been a great blessing for my life and my family since I have managed to achieve several dreams, including my house, helping my family, some trips, etc.
I started in 2003 as a biller in the Multimayoreo Zona 1 store, I was the first woman in the store. After three and a half years, I moved to the Procurement department in the Administration area, a very important leap for me and one that was a great blessing. The growth of GTA has allowed me to learn and grow together with it, especially all the retail part, and I am very happy to say that I had the privilege of being at the inauguration of the first Super del Barrio in Ciudad Real.
I am very grateful to God for having placed me on the path of GTA.
Working at GTA means Development. I started as a dispatcher of various products, meeting many customers who little by little began to arrive at the store and also learning to serve them with great respect and kindness. Later, I was promoted to warehouse worker, in those years we were 5 employees, it was billed and collected manually, after 2 years they gave me the opportunity to grow again as Entries Checker.
Working at GTA, I feel grateful for the trust placed in me during these years and happy because I have also had the opportunity to develop myself in the company.
Working for GTA means Professional Development and Growth. I started my career in 2010 as a warehouse assistant for Multimayoreo in the unloading area, after a year, I was given the opportunity to work as Entries Checker. Later in 2012, I was given the opportunity to fill a temporary position in the finance area where later I was confirmed in the department. In 2013, I was promoted to Talent Management as a Payroll Assistant and in 2019 they gave me the opportunity to learn and develop in a new area as a Recruiter.
I am grateful for the trust and opportunities that GTA has given me.
